Make (4*num_students/2) printouts of Pairing Time doc.
Make num_students printouts of HTML/CSS documentation.
Make num_students printouts of Welcome doc.
Collect other supplies: extra headphones, extra laptops, red/green colored cups. (Students put red cup on top when they need help.)
Invite students and TAs to the Slack workshops channel.
Try out the Khan Academy webpage environment, one of the HTML challenges (like Apples and Bananas) and an HTML project (like Travel Webpage).
